Privacy Policy & GDPR

Elite Design & Cut takes the privacy of our clientele very seriously. We do not share any data relating to our clients to third party vendors. The information we store on our clientele includes name, number, specifics about their hair and potentially email address. Only with permission did we collect this data, and have asked since GDPR if anyone has an issue with us holding this information. The data we store is kept on our encrypted computer. We DO NOT under any circumstances store card information. If you are at all worried about Elite Design & Cut holding your data, you may visit Tracey at the salon and ask about the information we hold. You can then decide if you would like us to delete this or not. 

Cancellation Policy

At Elite Design and Cut we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate the needs of all our valued customers, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the scheduled service(s).
Booking Deposits:
For certain appointments or services, we may require a booking deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service(s) and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Repeated Cancellations:
Repeated instances of late cancellations or no-shows will result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments or the inability to schedule appointments with our salon.
Emergencies and Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies and special circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate these situations with compassion and flexibility. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any unforeseen challenges that prevent you from keeping your appointment.
Communication:
Open and timely communication is essential to maintaining a positive relationship between our salon and our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedule.
